What to look for

Bluetooth PTT buttons

• Make sure the listing says BLE HID or "works with phone PTT apps" — generic two-way radio buttons don't pair to phones.
• Look for at least 30 hours of battery life on a charge.
• Belt-clip models with a finger-ring trigger are the most popular.
• Avoid models that require a proprietary dongle.
